*HYMN 360 Come, Let Us Join with Faithful Souls

*THE PRAYER OF THE DAY and THE LORD’S PRAYER (unison)

We bow before you, having nothing to offer but grateful hearts. The power of your Spirit unites us as Christ's body. Help us to lay aside our divisions as we follow in the footsteps of our Master. Jesus prayed that his disciples would be one, and by your grace all in whom your Spirit dwells are indeed one. We pray for the power to live like it, that we might be the light of the world and the salt of the earth you made us to be. We thank you for never leaving nor forsaking us as you draw us ever deeper into the joy and power of your kingdom. In the name of Jesus our Lord, who taught us to pray, saying:

Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name. Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For Thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever. Amen.

*THE GLORIA PATRI (Hymn 558)

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Ghost; As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen, Amen.
