CARE FOR CHILDREN
A nursery for infants and toddlers is available during the 10:00 a.m. service.
Sunday School for children 4 years through entering 8th grade.
Today’s order of service is drawn from A Hand-Book of Congregationalism (1880) by the Reverend Henry Martyn Dexter, D.D.,
one of the leading lights of the Way in
the nineteenth century. The manner in which we have worshipped today would
have been typical for Congregationalists at the time our Church was gathered in 1842.
Next week we continue our worship styles from earlier times and
Dr. Peay will preach “Of Time and Talent.”
Thomas Gregory is the organist.
Lee Jacobi directs the Choir of First Church.
Pat Gregory directs the Jubilation Ringers.
