Eternal
Light, shine into our hearts; eternal Goodness, deliver us from evil; eternal
Power, be our support; eternal Wisdom, scatter the darkness of our ignorance;
eternal Love, have mercy upon us, that with all our heart and mind and
strength,
we
may seek your face and be brought by your infinite mercy to your holy presence,
through Jesus Christ our Lord, who taught us to pray:
Our Father who art in
heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come,
Thy will be done, on
earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread;
and forgive us our
debts, as we forgive our debtors; and lead us not
into temptation, but
deliver us from evil. For Thine is the kingdom,
and the power, and the
glory, forever. Amen.
