*INVOCATION AND THE LORD’S PRAYER (unison)

Almighty God, our Redeemer, in our weakness we have failed to be your messengers of forgiveness
 and hope. Renew us by your Holy Spirit, that we may follow your commands and proclaim your
reign of love; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one
 God, now and forever and taught us to pray saying:

Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come,

Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread;

and forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors; and lead us not

into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For Thine is the kingdom,

and the power, and the glory, forever.  Amen.
