*CHORAL CALL TO WORSHIP

*INVOCATION AND LORDÕS PRAYER (unison)

God of the faithful, we seek you through your Son who is the way, the truth, and the life.
 As on the first day you began the work of creating us; as on a first day you raised your Son
 from the dead; so on this first day, freshen and remake us that on this new day our lives may
 begin again.  As your creations, we pray:

Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come,

Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread;

and forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors; and lead us not

into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For Thine is the kingdom,

and the power, and the glory, forever.  Amen.

In thee, O LORD, do I seek refuge; let me never be put to shame; in thy righteousness deliver me!  Incline thy ear to me, rescue me speedily!  Be thou a rock of refuge for me, a strong fortress to save me!  Yea, thou art my rock and my fortress; for thy nameÕs sake lead me and guide me, take me out of the net which is hidden for me, for thou art my refuge.  Into thy hand; I commit my Spirit; thou hast redeemed me, O LORD, faithful God.  My times are in thy hand; deliver me from the hand of my enemies and persecutors!  Let thy face shine on thy servant; save me in thy steadfast love!

Behold, Now Praise The Lord

Psalm 134

Behold, now praise the Lord, ye servants of the Lord, behold.

Ye that by night stand in the house of the Lord, even in the house of the Lord our God.

Lift up your hands in His holy Temple and praise the Lord,

The Lord that made heaven and earth, give thee blessing out of Zion.

Jesus Shall Reign

Isaac Watts 1674-1748

Jesus shall reign where'er the sun, does his successive journeys run;

His kingdom spread from shore to shore, Till moons shall wax and wane no more.

To Him shall endless prayer be made, and endless praises crown His head;

His name like sweet perfume shall rise with every morning sacrifice.

People and realms of every tongue dwell on His love with sweetest song.

And infant voices shall proclaim their early blessings on His name.

Blessings abound where'er he reigns; The prisoner leaps to loose his chains;

The weary find eternal rest and all the sons of want are blest.

Let every creature bring His grateful honors to our King;

Angels descend with songs again, And earth repeat the loud amen!
