*PRAYER OF INVOCATION AND LORDŐS PRAYER (Unison)

Almighty God, ruler of all nations on the earth: Forgive, we ask you, our shortcomings as a nation; purify our hearts to see and love the truth; give wisdom to all those who govern us and steadfastness to all citizens of this free land; bring us at last to that fair city of peace whose foundations are mercy, justice, good will and peace, and whose builder and maker is you, O Father, and where you live and reign with your Son, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever. Hear us as we prayÉ

Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come,

Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread;

and forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For Thine is the kingdom,  and the power, and the glory, for ever.  Amen.
