Liturgist:    In Jesus Christ, we are all children of God, through faith.

People:     There is no longer Jew or Greek, slave or free, male or female.

Liturgist:    All of us are one in Jesus Christ.

All:            All of us are one.

Liturgist:    So, come and worship; in song and silence seek the Lord.

All:            All of us are one in praise and love of the living God.

CHORAL FANFARE

*HYMN 93                             Guide Me, O Thou Great Jehovah

*INVOCATION AND LORDŐS PRAYER (unison)

Almighty God, you are the one who comes. As the deer longs for streams of water,

so our souls long for you, O God. Enable us to see and hear you, even in the sound

of utter silence. May your presence bring healing, hope, and deliverance to us,

your people this day. We pray in the name of him who taught us to sayÉ

Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come,

Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread;

and forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For Thine is the kingdom,  and the power, and the glory, forever.  Amen.
